In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To open and maintain an Account on rr789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. rr789 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the Member cannot demonstrate compliance.
• Residency: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. You bear sole responsibility for determining whether your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or who lack contractual capacity under applicable law are not permitted to register.
• One Account Only: Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on rr789. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be enrolled in any self-exclusion programme, whether through rr789 directly or through a third-party responsible gambling service, that covers the platform.

When registering an Account on rr789, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You undertake to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your Account. rr789 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

rr789 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by rr789 for this purpose, which may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used for deposits.

All financial transactions on rr789 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as published in the rr789 cashier section and may be updated periodically. rr789 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own processing charges for which rr789 accepts no liability.

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB) are processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed when operations resume. rr789 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply to all rr789 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits bonus stacking.
• rr789 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any wagering requirement already in progress will remain in effect under the original terms until the validity period expires.
• Bonuses are available to qualifying Members only. rr789 may, at its discretion, exclude any Member or class of Members from a specific promotion without being required to state a reason.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to eliminate risk, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.

All games available on rr789 — including slot machines, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, togel draws, and card game verticals such as Sakong and bandar bola (Asian handicap football betting) — are operated under rules published within each respective game interface or product section. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules as in effect at the time of your participation.

Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honoured.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr789, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

rr789's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rr789 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

rr789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.

rr789 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and KYC verification services) to the extent necessary to operate the platform and fulfil our obligations to you.

rr789 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including eligibility requirements, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Operation of multiple Accounts or use of another person's identity.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the Member against rr789.
• Any action that rr789 reasonably considers harmful to the platform, its other Members, or its business reputation.

Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of this Agreement, rr789 reserves the right to withhold any balance — including real-money funds — pending investigation. If investigation confirms a material breach, forfeiture of the balance may result. Where no breach is confirmed, any eligible real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method.

Members wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method.

rr789 is an internationally operated platform. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising between you and rr789 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent rr789 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

rr789 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, rr789 will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions or corrections of typographical errors) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the rr789 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting support. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version of the Agreement came into effect.
